Darkhorse Commercial was founded in 2011 after our Managing Partner spent nearly a decade working for a global real estate company. Since he launched, the company has grown quickly and has the experience to serve clients throughout the state of Texas. Our specialty is office tenant representation. We remove any landlord conflict of interest in our business since we only represent tenants, and will never be hired by the landlord. This pure approach enables the best result for the tenant's interests.
